Privacy policy
What we collect, and why
Your enquiries. When you contact us through the form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp, we receive your name, your email address or phone number, and the details of your request: event, dates, number of guests, preferences and messages. We use them to answer you and prepare a proposal, at your request, before any contract.
Our clients. When you confirm an order, we also process what is needed to carry it out and invoice it: billing details, payment records and, when an organiser requires it, the names of the people attending. The legal bases are the performance of our contract with you and our accounting and tax obligations.
Campaign source. If you reach us through one of our advertisements, the campaign it came from (for example a Google Ads click identifier) may be attached to your enquiry or to your click to call or message us, so we know which advertising brings requests. This relies on our legitimate interest.
Audience and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads) only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
We do not sell your data, and we take no automated decision about you.
Who receives it
Our team, and the providers who help us operate: our website host (Infomaniak), our email and messaging providers, WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to write to us there, and Google only if you accept measurement.
To arrange your request, we pass on only what is necessary to the event, hospitality and transport partners involved.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. They do so under an adequacy decision of the European Commission or under its standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted three years after our last exchange. Client records are kept for the duration of our relationship, then for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Your rights
You may access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to antonin@aluxios.com: we answer within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be), or with the authority of the country where you live.
Cookies and browser storage
alx_intro is kept in your browser for the current tab only, and remembers that the opening film has already played. It holds no personal data.
When a cookie banner is shown to you, alx_consent remembers your choice for six months. alx_attr remembers the campaign that brought you, only if you accept, until you withdraw your consent. Google cookies are only set if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of each page.
When we test different versions of the home page, alx_ab keeps the version you are shown consistent for 90 days.
If no cookie banner is shown to you, no measurement or advertising cookie is used.
Security
Our site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to your data is limited to the people who need it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version always appears on this page. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
